The Association has two halls that can be rented by the general public. The halls are in the Seniors Drop-In Centre conveniently located one block north of Main Street (8th street) in Canmore. There is a large hall (Creekside hall) which can accommodate 240 people and a smaller hall that can accommodate 100 people. The Creekside hall opens to a large deck and a large landscaped garden adjoining Policemans creek. This hall also has a full size stage in an alcove on a side wall.

There is a kitchen equipped with a warming oven, a fridge, commercial dishwasher (2 minutes/load), counters, sinks, coffee urns, silverware, and dishes. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking. Caterers are available in Canmore to supply meals and servers for any size function.

Available for both halls are round (seat 8) and rectangular (seats 8 or 10) tables and chairs that can be arranged to suit any function and a portable bar. Audio and video equipment are available for presentations as well as a PA system.

The deck is equipped with seating benches and BBQs are available for outside cooking. There is reserved parking surrounding the halls and offside parking located nearby.

A contract and damage deposit is required to reserve the use of the halls. The contracts are available at the office or by calling (403) 678-2457.
