The Association has two halls that may be rented by the general public. The halls are in the Seniors Centre conveniently located in downtown in Canmore. The Creekside hall can accommodate 240 people and the Townside hall that can accommodate 100 people. The Creekside hall opens to a deck and a landscaped garden adjoining Policemans creek. This hall also has a full size stage in an alcove on a side wall.

There is a kitchen equipped with a warming oven, a fridge (no freezer), commercial dishwasher, counters, sinks, coffee urns, silverware, and dishes. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking. Caterers are available in Canmore to supply meals and servers.

Available in both halls are round (seat 8) and rectangular (seats 8 or 10) tables and chairs that can be arranged to suit any function, and a PA system.

There is limited reserved parking surrounding the halls and offsitd parking located nearby.

A contract and damage deposit is required to reserve the use of the halls. The contracts are available at the office or by calling (403) 678-2457.
